A a Bulloch was inducted into the Confederate Navy, with the rank of Lieutenant, and given orders to
travel to Liverpool, England, there to build and equip,
ships of war for the Confederate Navy. What followed is one of the most remarkable stories of the conflict, a story that continued,
long after the conflict itself had finished. Commander James Dunwoody Bulloch. *-*-*
